ThatsEGO is a premium handcrafted mask brand based in India. All our products are designed and handcrafted by skilled artisans. We operate as an individual/sole proprietor business.

2. Products

• All products are 100% handmade and crafted to order
• Product images on the website are representative; slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature
• We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment received through our secure payment gateway (powered by Cashfree/Shopify) or via WhatsApp order confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued

4. Made to Order

All products are made to order. Processing takes 5-7 business days followed by BlueDart Express shipping (2-4 business days). Total delivery: 7-10 business days from order date.

5. Shipping

6. Refund & Exchange
