            All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Each mask is handcrafted exclusively for you.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Each mask is a unique piece of art, meticulously crafted by skilled artisans.

2. No Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, refunds will not be issued. We encourage customers to carefully review the product details, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only considered if the product received is damaged or defective upon delivery. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence.

To request an exchange for a damaged/defective product:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the damaged product via WhatsApp or email
Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you wish to cancel.
